How The Nose Got Its Sneeze Isle of Wight

Live Event

Breathing Together visited Dinosaur Isle over a weekend in June 2022 where the local children and their families enjoyed this free, kinaesthetic, interactive event and soundscape. The children first listened to a story on a giant handkerchief then explored an enormous nose filled with bogeys, cilia, hairs, bugs, oxygen, bugs, and dust bunnies, finally popping out into a dome filled with lots of free play activities all centered around the topics of breathing and lung health. The Breathing Together engagement team was joined by the wonderful research nurses on the island Maria Larsson, Jane Belson, and Emily Reed.
